About the event
This special event features two guest artists, Dana and Marisa, who are both professional painters, passionate animal advocates, and volunteers at The Open Barn!
Your ticket includes:
A guided painting class led by cofounder and president Emily Gatlin, where you’ll hear the story that inspired her to start The Open Barn.
A relaxed, self‑paced tour of the sanctuary to meet the animals and learn their rescue stories.
Light refreshments enjoyed among vineyard views and peaceful barn surroundings.
Proceeds help fund essential medical care for our rescued animal residents. We are located in Ramona, CA (address will be emailed to you once you purchase your ticket!). Kids 3 and under can come for free.

Thank you for supporting The Open Barn! The sanctuary address is 25244 E Old Julian Hwy, Ramona, CA 92065. Google Maps should take you right to it. There is a black mailbox at the bottom of the driveway with the address numbers. The gate will be open for you. Please follow signs for parking. NOTE: for your animals' safety and the safety of our animal residents, companion animals are not allowed on the grounds at any time. We look forward to hosting you!
